WillowBase Workspace Ltd is the official registered business name. The practice was established in 2017 in Glasgow and still works from Office 11 on Sample Road.

How we began

Early clients were independent retailers who brought printed till summaries to the studio and asked why baskets felt lighter after promotions. We started drawing average order value by week on large sheets, then moved into digital chart packs while keeping the same poster-clear style. The work stayed about baskets and ranging decisions — never about selling software seats.

How we work

We treat average order value trend reporting as a craft: clean the extract, choose the periods that match trading reality, draw the movement so a buyer can see it from across a table, and write notes that name the real cause when we can find one. Sessions happen on video or in the Glasgow studio when teams prefer paper on the wall.
