Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit via the contact form or email (name, email, optional service interest and period notes, message content).
• Technical data required to operate the site (for example essential cookies described on our Cookies page).
• Order extracts and commercial files you transfer for a reporting engagement (treated as confidential client materials; personal data within those files is processed only to deliver the agreed pack).

Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries and preparing estimates — legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to contract.
• Delivering commissioned reporting — performance of a contract.
• Operating essential site functions — legitimate interests.
• Optional analytics cookies — consent, where used.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim. Engagement files are retained for six years after project close for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymised unless you request earlier deletion where legally permitted.

Processors and sharing

We use infrastructure providers to host email and files under written agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations as applicable.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Children

This site and our reporting services are directed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
