A working meeting around freshly prepared average order value charts with buyers, store leads, or finance partners.

Who joins
Typically a buyer, a commercial lead, and someone who owns promotional rules. Sessions work best when everyone has skimmed the pre-read chart pack the day before.
What happens in the room
We walk the charts in sequence, pause on the movements that matter for ranging, and capture agreed tests. You leave with annotated slides and a dated list of follow-ups.
What we need beforehand
Either an existing WillowBase reporting pack or a light snapshot prepared for the session (quoted separately if no prior pack exists).
