Acceptance

By using workspace-willowbase.click or commissioning work from WillowBase Workspace Ltd you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described on this site

Pages describing average order value trend reporting, seasonal reviews, brief sessions, and related offers are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and fee (email confirmation is sufficient).

Intellectual property

Chart packs, annotations, and sample materials we produce remain the intellectual property of WillowBase Workspace Ltd until the final invoice for that engagement is paid in full, after which the client receives a licence to use the deliverables internally and with their trading partners. You may not resell our packs as a competing reporting product. Pre-existing client data remains the client’s property.

Website content

Site text, layout, and graphics are owned by WillowBase Workspace Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in Great Britain, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions made solely on the basis of a reporting pack. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under GB law.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawful provision of order data, for securing any internal approvals required to share extracts, and for decisions you take after receiving a pack. We do not provide regulated financial advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland for contracts formed with WillowBase Workspace Ltd, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available elsewhere in Great Britain.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised page. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; active engagements follow the terms in force when the scope was accepted unless both parties agree otherwise.
